Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of DraftView ("the Service"), operated by DraftView ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

DraftView provides visual review tools for documentation pull requests. The Service renders Markdown, MDX, and AsciiDoc content from Git repositories and enables collaborative editing and review workflows.

2. Accounts and Access

You may access DraftView via magic links tied to your GitHub identity. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity under it. Do not share magic links with unauthorized individuals.

3. Early Access Program

Early access purchases grant priority access to the Service when it launches, plus 6 months of Pro tier at a 50% founding discount. Payments are one-time and non-recurring. Refunds are available if the beta does not meet your needs — contact us at support@draftview.app.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service infrastructure
• Reverse-engineer or scrape the Service

5. Intellectual Property

Your content remains yours. DraftView does not claim ownership of any code, documentation, or other materials you process through the Service. We retain ownership of the Service itself, its design, and branding.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DraftView shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
